My Weight Watchers menu didn’t go quite as planned since we ate at my brother’s. He was just going to do hot dogs but I brought the chicken sausages as well. I really could have done without the fries but I only ate a few. I also got very little in the way as dairy in and no fruits and vegetables. Wow I really have to do better tomorrow!
Having diet smoothies every day helps me to get in at least one dairy as well as a serving of fruit. However, I just haven’t been in the mood for smoothies lately, probably due to the cold weather. Funny, I haven’t craved ice cream in a while either which is weird considering the fact that I can usually eat ice cream anytime (I guess that is a good thing).
Oh well, today wasn’t perfect but I did stay within my points, which is something that I rarely do when I am away from home and out of my routine. Just the fact that I didn’t use going to my brother’s as an excuse to cheat on my diet is, for me, a pretty good accomplishment.
