Thinking of Rejoining Weight Watchers
The last two weeks have been so hard and I keep yoyoing to 201.5. I am so weak when it comes to any event that involves food which seems to be way too often. I do pretty well Monday through Friday and then really mess up over the weekends.
I do like the structure of weight loss plans such as Weight Watchers. Right now they have the Momentum plan as well as the Core plan. I am going to read information on both of them and decide which on is best for me. Luckily, if I find that one is not for me I can easily switch plans. I plan to do the online program instead of going to meetings since that works best for me. Now I have to decide when it is best to join. We are going on a mini vacation in a few weeks and I will have no computer access. I may just spend these next few weeks watching what I eat and will hopefully be under 200 pounds by the time I start.
I have already started to slowly organize my favorite Weight Watchers recipes over on eHow. I will try to add a few each week. Hopefully, by following the Weight Watchers Plan, using the tools available and blogging about it here I will be successful once and for all.
My plan for today is to visit the Weight Watchers site and gater information, eat healthy and try to stay cool. At 90 plus degrees I don’t plan on venturing out for any walks but I have plenty to do inside to keep busy.
After I start the plan I will give a review and let everyone know how I am doing. In the meantime I will do my best to keep the blog up to date with more recipes.
