Strawberry Lemon Diet Smoothie

Here is a refreshing diet smoothie recipe that is only 210 calories without the whey protein. I use the Light and Fit nonfat Lemon Chiffon Yogurt which is just 80 calories. If you use a different brand the calories may vary.

I had this as a snack but next time I am going to try it for lunch with a scoop of vanilla whey protein. This will bring the calories to about 280.

You can use fresh strawberries  instead of frozen.   Just add a few ice cubes.

Strawberry Lemon Diet Smoothie

1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
6 ounce container non fat lemon yogurt
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (optional)

Place all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker. Blend until smooth. Serves 1
