Pineapple Smoothie
I love pineapple and I am also happy to find a lot of smoothie recipes that call for just 2 or 3 ingredients. This pineapple smoothie tastes great as is but next time I am going to try it with vanilla soy milk.
If you are enjoying this as a snack just skip the whey protein but for a more filling smoothie for breakfast or lunch be sure to add it.
Pineapple Smoothie
1 cup skim milk
1 can (4 ounces) pineapple tidbits, undrained
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (optional)
A handful of ice
Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving Approximately 220 calories with the whey protein and 150 without (calories vary depending on brand of whey protein used).

This smoothie looks great, I am going to give it try after my next workout. I read that whey protein is a great choice after a workout because it is one of the fastest digested proteins and quickly feeds your starving muscles so they can rebuild and repair quickly
