I didn’t get a chance to post yesterday so here is my food journals for the last two days:

Note: Yes I know, no dairy today but I was low on milk and saved what was left for my son.

OK I was really going to get in more dairy today besides the string cheese but I was planning a low fat milk shake, however, now I am not so hungry so guess I will save my flex points.
I really need to get in more fruit and vegetables as well. Two servings yesterday and two today, not so good. Still though, just the fact that I am eating within my points each day makes me feel really good.
With the Weight Watchers flex program you have to use your flex points within the week or you lose them. I usually split them up throughout the week but this week I may save them for the weekend. The only problem with that however, is when I weigh in on Monday it may look as though I haven’t really lost if I eat all my flex points in one day. Maybe I will use a few of my flex points tomorrow.
