Week One Weigh In
After a week of trying to make healthy choices I have lost 3 pounds and am down to 201.5. This is pretty good considering it has been a challenging week and I will admit that I overdid it a little too much. We had an outdoor wedding reception for a family member who had a small wedding a few months ago. Toward the end of the week I did a lot of cooking for the reception as well as cleaning for out of town guests. Needless to say, even though I did well for breakfast and lunch, dinners consisted of too many convenience meals and even a few fast food dinners. Read more…
