The last two weeks have been so hard and I keep yoyoing to 201.5. I am so weak when it comes to any event that involves food which seems to be way too often. I do pretty well Monday through Friday and then really mess up over the weekends. Read more »

Today I have been miserable in this heat. Actually I can’t complain since the summer has been pretty mild. So mild that we didn’t even bother putting in the air conditioners. Today however has been unbelievably humid and t I just don’t want to do anything but stay near the fan. Read more »

After a week of trying to make healthy choices I have lost 3 pounds and am down to 201.5. This is pretty good considering it has been a challenging week and I will admit that I overdid it a little too much. We had an outdoor wedding reception for a family member who had a small wedding a few months ago. Toward the end of the week I did a lot of cooking for the reception as well as cleaning for out of town guests. Needless to say, even though I did well for breakfast and lunch, dinners consisted of too many convenience meals and even a few fast food dinners. Read more »
